Get in the Game as a Super Bowl XL Volunteer!
The Detroit Super Bowl XL Host Committee has officially closed volunteer recruitment!
Volunteer training has begun!

The call for volunteers has been a huge success. Since the volunteer application was officially launched in January, over 10,000 people have signed up to serve as Detroit ambassadors. Volunteers will be mobilized throughout the metro Detroit and Windsor area to welcome the over 100,000 visitors who will descend upon Southeastern Michigan duringSuper Bowl Week (January 29- February 5, 2006).
Because our volunteer recruitment has surpassed our current volunteer needs, the official recruitment has been closed, effective June 1.
While Super Bowl XL Volunteer recruitment has ended, you can still play a vital role in the success of events here in Detroit. You can participate in the events by visiting the Motown Winter Blast or the NFL Experience at Cobo Hall. You can say good things about Detroit to the visitors in our region now and during Super Bowl XL.
Volunteers already registered have received information on training. Training sessions are held at various locations in metro Detroit and Windsor between mid-October and mid-December.
Schedules will be mailed out by mid-December. Volunteers will continue to receive monthly newsletters keeping them updated on activities.
